Judith Germain is Managing Director of Dynamic Transitions Ltd. She is co-author of Amazon’s number 2 best seller ‘BusinessWise’ and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

She specialises in harnessing the tension that mavericks cause.

Judith provides strategic mentoring of business owners and developing leadership talent whether that talent resides within a corporate company or a company that they own. She also speaks on leadership issues.

Prior to founding Dynamic Transitions Ltd, Judith spent over 10 years as Head of HR with additional responsibility for the strategic and operational running of the business; with a number of market leaders within the Retail, Media, Security, Defence and Quasi governmental industries.

Having also spent 8 years working for a leading insurance company, Judith has extensive experience of the many HR and management issues within the insurance sector.

She leads a number of online and offline communities (including the Maverick Community) where she enables the members to learn how to harness their talent to improve their business performance and productivity.
